Program Assistant - Case Management

Program Assistant - Case Management performs basic level case management eligibility tasks and provides administrative and clerical support and services for Child Care Services by implementing administrative systems; ensuring procedures and policies are followed; monitoring administrative projects, maintaining client and staff confidentiality; and providing high quality customer service. Requires DOJ/FBI Criminal Background Check and driving record consistent with insurance company requirements. Starts $19.36 per hour plus benefits. Open until filled. 

FEC Navigator

The Family Empowerment Center Navigator provides a variety of parent support services, technical assistance, and trainings for parents, caregivers, and professionals accessing the Family Empowerment Center for Disabilities; co-facilitates program group activities; provides services in a variety of community settings; performs other work as assigned. Requires DOJ/FBI Criminal Background Check, and may require driving record consistent with insurance company requirements. Starts $22.66 per hour plus benefits. Open until filled.

Bilingual FEC Navigator

The Bilingual Family Empowerment Center Navigator provides a variety of parent support services, technical assistance, translation, and trainings for parents, caregivers, and professionals accessing the Family Empowerment Center for Disabilities; co-facilitates program group activities; provides services in a variety of community settings; performs other work as assigned. Requires DOJ/FBI Criminal Background Check, and may require driving record consistent with insurance company requirements. Starts $24.60 per hour plus benefits. Open until filled.

Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist 

Both full and part-time, variable schedule positions available, providing support to children, youth and families in a variety of settings including home, school and community. Provides 1:1 behavior coaching in a home, school or community setting and provides referral and linkage to community resources, parent education and support as directed. Requires proof of COVID-19 vaccine, TB clearance, DOJ/FBI Criminal Background Check, and driving record consistent with insurance company requirements. Starts at $24.56/hour with mileage reimbursement. Multiple positions available. OPEN UNTIL FILLED.

Respite Worker

This intermittent position serves as a personal attendant to provide care and supervision of children or adults who have developmental disabilities, including but not limited to: autism, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy.  Performs work in family residences or, as approved, in community settings. Requires proof of COVID-19 vaccine, DOJ/FBI Criminal Background Check, and may require driving record consistent with insurance company requirements. Starts at $16.81/hour plus mileage reimbursement. OPEN UNTIL FILLED.

Respite Specialist

This intermittent position serves as a personal attendant to provide care and supervision of children or adults who have developmental disabilities, including but not limited to: autism, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy and who also engage in challenging behaviors. Performs work in family residences or, as approved, in community settings. Requires proof of COVID-19 vaccine, DOJ/FBI Criminal Background Check, and driving record consistent with insurance company requirements.Starts at $17.52/hour plus mileage reimbursement. OPEN UNTIL FILLED.

Skills Specialist

This intermittent position provides behavioral and support services to children and adults who have developmental disabilities; uses intervention strategies that reflect evidence based practices to increase developmentally appropriate skills as overseen by a behavioral consultant; as assigned, performs personal attendant duties; performs related work as assigned.Work is generally performed within the focus individual’s residence or (as approved) in community settings. Requires proof of COVID-19 vaccine, DOJ/FBI Criminal Background Check, and driving record consistent with insurance company requirements. Starts at $17.52/hour plus mileage reimbursement. OPEN UNTIL FILLED.
